I worked pretty extensively on Creative Loafing's 2014 Best of Atlanta issue. Given nothing but a logo and a theme ("'behind the scenes,' whatever that means," my boss told me), I was asked to create a VIP invitation package as well as digital collateral for local businesses to promote themselves for voter consideration.
I also got to work on print layouts for the actual Best of Atlanta issue. I designed a title-page for each section, highlighting one of the winners from that particular category.
